We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your Galen account and all associated information at any time.

What data does Galen store?

·Account information — your email address, name, and authentication credentials.
·Uploaded documents — medical records, lab results, and other files you provide.
·Clinical data — structured information extracted from your documents during analysis.
·Conversation history — your chat and voice interactions with Galen.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your Galen account to the address below. In your email, let us know whether you would like to delete only your data (uploaded documents, clinical records, conversation history) or your entire account along with all associated data.

All data stored by Galen — including your account — can be fully deleted upon request.

What happens when you request deletion

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:

·Your authentication account and login credentials
·All database records associated with your account
·All uploaded documents and files
·All conversation and interaction history

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. No data is retained after deletion is complete — this action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.
